Information we collect
We collect account details provided through Apple or Google sign-in, room photos and design instructions you upload, generated designs, purchase and credit records, and technical information needed to operate and secure DreamyRoom.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, create and store room designs, process purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve service reliability. Contracted cloud and AI providers process room photos only to provide the features you request.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand how DreamyRoom is used: which pages are opened, which designs get generated, and where the flow breaks down. Google sets cookies for this and receives your device, browser, approximate location, and usage data. We never send your room photos, generated designs, email address, or account identifiers to Google Analytics. You can opt out for every site with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers that operate DreamyRoom, when you ask us to share content, or when required by law.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete Account. This removes account access and associated room content. We may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records for the period required by applicable law.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
